The Iraqi crisis and its possible consequences for the development of the international situation will be one of the main issues to be discussed in Moscow at the meeting of Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov and Belarussian Foreign Minister Sergey Martynov. This was disclosed to a RIA Novosti correspondent by Official Spokesman for the Russian Foreign Ministry Aleksander Yakovenko. According to him, "Moscow and Minsk are positive that the present situation can be solved only by immediate cessation of military actions and resumption of political and diplomatic dialogue within the framework of the UN Security Council resolutions." Igor Ivanov and Sergey Martynov will also discuss top aspects of Russo-Belarussian interaction in foreign policy and will exchange opinions on the broad variety of international issues. The visit to Moscow on April 3rd will be Sergey Martynov's first visit as the Belarussian Foreign Minister.
