Russian State Duma Speaker to meet with the Chairman of the Vece of Yugoslav Federal Skupstina

A working meeting between Speaker of the Russian State Duma Gennady Seleznev and Chairman of the Vece of the Federal Skupstina of Yugoslavia Srdja Bozovic will take place on Wednesday in Petersburg.

As Gennady Seleznev told reporters in the evening yesterday at Pulkovo airport, the Russian and Yugoslav parliamentarians maintain a constant dialogue.

"We have taken the opportunity to meet in the context of the Petersburg Economic Forum to discuss all urgent topics," said Gennady Seleznev.

According to him, the situation in Yugoslavia is not simple today. "I am against the disintegration of Yugoslavia, because poor Montenegro will not gain anything, but Kosovo will be given an example of raising the question of seceding from Serbia. This means that the disintegration of that country will continue," said the Speaker of the Lower House of the Russian Parliament.
