Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Aleksei Meshkov and Primoz Seligo, the head of the department of Eastern Europe of the Slovenian Foreign Ministry, discussed a new system of European security on Monday, the press and information department of the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday.
The sides pointed to the development of relations between Russia and Slovenia, achieved as part of overall bilateral cooperation, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
Meshkov and Seligo stressed that both countries are willing to reach a new level of cooperation on the basis of agreements, achieved as a result of bilateral contacts.
In addition, they discussed vital international problems, the Foreign Ministry said.
