The Shanghai Cooperation Organization leaders will continue their talks on board a motor ship that will take the presidents of Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and China from Petergof (Petrodvorets) to St.Petersburg. The motor ship will pass the Finnish bay, enter the Neva and moor to Angliyskaya Embankment.
This way of transportation was chosen in order not to trouble the city's inhabitants, said St.Petersburg's law enforcing structures to RIA Novosti.
Then the SCO leaders will go by car to the Marble palace, where they will hold a broader summit session and sign the forum's final documents. There they will also make statements for the press.
After that a series of bilateral meetings will begin. Russian President Vladimir Putin is expected to meet his Kazakh counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev and then the two leaders will give a joint press conference. Putin also has meetings with Uzbekistan's president Islam Karimov, Tajikistan's president Emomali Rakhmonov and Kyrgyzstan's president Askar Akayev on the schedule.
