The presidents of Turkey, Georgia and Azerbaijan will gather for their next meeting in Tbilisi, in spring next year, Georgian President Eduard Shevardnadze said on the national radio Monday. The three leaders adopted the above decision at a summit meeting, which took place in Trabzon, Turkey, last week. The three countries' interior ministers held a separate meeting as part of the Trabzon summit, signing an agreement on coordination of tripartite law-enforcement actions. Implementation of global economic projects should be accompanied by joint law-enforcement activities, which is natural, President Shevardnadze said in comments on the summit outcomes. The Great Silk Route global project necessitates creation of a large-scale security infrastructure, a system both the region and Europe and the entire world stand to gain from, emphasized the president.
