General Secretary of the Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC) Grigory Rapota has arrived in Minsk where he intends to discuss the questions of preparation for the regular meeting of the Interstate Council of the Community at the level of the heads of state scheduled for mid-May. Presumably, an exchange of opinion of the prospects and joint coordination of actions of the Community member states during the entry into the World Trade Organisation will take place during the scheduled meetings of Rapota with the president of Belarus and the heads of a number of the republic's departments. Besides that, intensification of the process of formation of the common customs tariff of the Community, as well as a number of organisational questions relating to improvement of its working bodies' activity will become a subject of discussion. The EurAsEC includes Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan.
