The Secretary General of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporters' Countries (OPEC), Ali Rodriguez-Araque, will pay a visit to Moscow this Friday, the OPEC General Secretariat in Vienna reported Tuesday. This will be the second visit of Mr Rodriguez to the Russian capital. In the course of his first visit to Moscow last fall as OPEC president, the head of the world oil cartel conducted constructive talks in the Russian Energy Ministry. This time Mr Rodriguez will also hold talks in the Russian Energy Ministry. The sides will discuss the current situation in the world oil markets, as well as cooperation and consultations between the OPEC and Russia. The OPEC Secretary General will be received by Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Kasyanov.
