Russian Foreign Ministry: Russia-Ukraine Relations Not To Be Affected By Cabinet Reshuffles

Russia is confident that the current Cabinet reshuffles in Ukraine will not affect the relations between Russia and Ukraine, which develop in a constructive and consistent way irrespectively of staff changes within the government, says a statement issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry. The document stresses that the dismissal of Prime Minister Viktor Yushchenko by the Supreme Rada is an internal affair of Ukraine's. The Russian side proceeds from the fact that the current political processes in Ukraine do not violate the country's constitution, points out the Russian Foreign Ministry's statement.
