OSCE Secretary General Jan Kubis will discuss issues of security in Central Asia and the latest Afghanistan developments in Bishkek, the capital of Kirghizia, Tuesday. RIA Novosti learned this from the OSCE office in Bishkek Monday. Jan Kubis is arriving on a working visit in the capital of Kirghizia Tuesday. On that same day, he will meet with Kirghiz President Askar Akayev and Foreign Minister Muratbek Imanaliyev. They will discuss cooperation between the OSCE and Kirghizia, reported the OSCE office. On Wednesday, April 25, the OSCE Secretary General will proceed on a working visit to Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan.
