A marked progress in Moscow's relations with China and India and in its dialogue with Japan are the most important result of Russian policy in Asia in the past decade, Russian foreign minister Igor Ivanov told a conference of the Russian association of international research. Russia has markedly stepped up work on the problems of Asian security, first of all - for Korean settlement, he said. Russia is becoming an equal participant in key integration structures in Asia, including the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation organization /ASEAN/ and the ASEAN regional forum, noted Ivanov.
