At its session on April 18, the State Duma will consider a number of daft laws, regarded by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as one of the conditions for granting new credits to Russia. The draft laws concern the amendments to the Law on Bankruptcy of Credit Organisations in that part of it which deals with the rights of creditors; the additions to the Law on the Central Bank of the Russian Federation; and the amendments to the Law on Banks and Banking Activity which would regulate the structure of management of credit organisations and the procedure of their reporting.
