A huge auto column made up of nearly 50 motor vehicles is setting off Saturday from the UNESCO headquarters in Paris to Belarus.
The vehicles are loaded with humanitarian relief parcels collected by a charity student association which unites 15 technical and commercial institutes and universities all over France. This charity function was supported by UNESCO in connection with the 15th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster. An exhibition of photos and paintings devoted to this grievous anniversary and called "Chernobyl - 15 Years After the Tragedy" has been organised at the UNESCO headquarters. The exhibition is held on the initiative of permanent missions of Belarus, Russia and Ukraine in France.
