Russia wants all ethnic groups to be represented in the government of Afghanistan, said Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov on Tuesday. According to the minister, Moscow also wants the new Afghan government to enjoy broad international support and pursue policies promoting peace in the country. In addition, Moscow considers it crucial that Afghanistan should not be a threat to other countries, said Ivanov.
