Russian Interior Minister Boris Gryzlov arrived Tuesday in Baku for a one-day working visit. His meeting with Azeri Interior Minister Lieutenant General Ramil Usubov and president Geidar Aliev is expected to start within the next few hours. The parties are supposed to discuss cooperation in combating international terrorism, illegal drugs and arms trafficking, and organized crime. In addition, the ministers will address the issue of protecting the biological resources of the Caspian basin. They are also to discuss cooperation in connection with the surge of refugees fleeing the current anti-terrorist operation in Afghanistan.
