Konstantin Pulikovsky, the Russian President's plenipotentiary representative in the Far Eastern federal district, assessed the projects of economic cooperation between Russia's Far East and the Republic of Korea as "realistic and mutually advantageous." He spoke about it at a news conference devoted to the results of the visit to South Korea by the district's delegation. According to Konstantin Pulikovsky, the talks "at the highest level highlighted the projects of economic development."
