President of Venezuela Hugo Chavez informed Russian President Vladimir Putin of the OPEC decisions to uphold the interests of both producers and consumers of crude oil, being discussed now, Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov said after Vladimir Putin's meeting with the President of Venezuela currently presiding in the OPEC. According to Ivanov, the meeting focused on ways of solving the problem of the production stability and of keeping fair crude oil prices. Hugo Chavez told the Russian President about the results of his trips to crude oil producing and consuming countries, the Russian Foreign Minister noted. According to Ivanov, Chavez is to fly to Great Britain Monday.
