Vladimir Putin ruled out the possibility of the participation of the Taliban representatives in Afghanistan's future government. RIA Novosti correspondent reports that the President of Russia said this to journalists on Monday upon the conclusion of the tripartite meeting in Dushanbe. The meeting was attended by the leaders of the Russian Federation, Tajikistan and the Islamic State of Afghanistan. "We consider the Taliban movement to have compromised itself by cooperating with international terrorism," stressed Putin. President of Tajikistan Emomali Rakhmonov declared for his part that, like other states, his country is against including representatives of the Taliban movement in Afghanistan's future government.
