Moscow is ready to develop trade-economic and military-technical cooperation with Indonesia, Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov said on Friday opening a meeting with his Indonesian counterpart Hassan Wirayuda. According to Ivanov, our countries have "good prospects" for developing cooperation in these spheres. Russia, Ivanov said, speaks out for using "the accumulated positive potential of bilateral relations to consolidate international stability and security." Ivanov indicated that Moscow was paying close attention to the Indonesian developments. "We are interested in a strong, integrated and flourishing Indonesia," he said. The Russian Foreign Minister confirmed Moscow's position favouring the preservation of Indonesia's territorial integrity. The Russian minister congratulated Hassan Wirayuda on his appointment as the Indonesian foreign minister and invited him to visit Moscow.
