An aircraft of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, carrying humanitarian aid for the peaceful population of Afghanistan, has just left the Moscow Region and is heading for the Tajik-Afghan border. On its board are 100 tents and almost 10 tons of medicines and medical equipment. Another similar flight is scheduled for Friday morning. The planes will land in Kulyab, near the Tajik-Afghan border. Then, the cargoes will be transported to Afghanistan to a distance of about 100 km.
