Afghan President Burnahuddin Rabbani, who suddenly arrived in Tajikistan Wednesday, is to discuss with his Tajik counterpart the situation in Afghanistan and ways of peaceful settlement of the Afghan crisis. The meeting of the two leaders to be held shortly after Rabbani's arrival in Dushanbe has been postponed till 15.00 Moscow time, the Tajik President's press service told RIA Novosti. The extraordinary meeting of security councils' heads of the Collective Security Treaty member-states was held in Dushanbe Monday with preventive measures being worked out in connection with the US anti-terrorist action against Afghanistan.
