Russian Justice Minister Calls For Evolving New Forms Of Responsibility For Terrorism

Russian Justice Minister Yuri Chaika has called upon the Council of Europe to work out new forms of responsibility for terrorism. In a conversation with newsmen held during an interval in the 24th Conference of European Ministers of Justice which is being held in Moscow Chaika noted that the Council of Europe must first of all finalize the corresponding conventions, formulate the common understanding of the phenomenon of terrorism, and consolidate the efforts of states in the struggle against it.
