The Russian foreign minister, Igor Ivanov, has curtailed his programme of stay in the United States. Earlier, it was planned that he would stay in New York until September 29. As has become known from diplomatic sources, an ascertained programme of Ivanov's stay says that he will participate in the work of the 56th session of the UN General Assembly until Monday and late on September 24 will fly to Moscow. This Tuesday Igor Ivanov has flown to the United States. In Oslo his plane made a technical stopover.
