The heads of the Security Councils of Russia and Ukraine will announce in Kiev on Saturday the results of the joint work of the two state commissions which investigated the causes of the TU-154 airliner's crash over the Black Sea on October 4. This was disclosed to newsmen by Vladimir Rushailo, Secretary of the Security Council of Russia, in the wake of the joint sitting of the Russian and Ukrainian state commissions of inquiry into the causes of the aircraft's catastrophe. Vladimir Rushailo said that the technical commission of the Inter-State Aviation Committee presented to the participants of the session a final report for preparing which military experts, scientists and system developers of the anti-aircraft complex S-200 and other experts were drawn. Rushailo confirmed that the plane was hit precisely by the missile S-200 launched from the rocket firing range in the vicinity of the Opuk mountain in the Crimea during the exercises of the Ukrainian Anti-Aircraft Forces. No new data refuting this conclusion were obtained as a result of the experiment carried out on the firing range. All the evidence the Russian side handed over to the Ukrainian state commission.
