The Moldovan capital will host the constituent conference of a public-political movement, which advocates a Moldavian-Ukrainian-Belarus-Russian union. The new movement was organized by a number of republican public organizations, its Russian, Ukrainian and Belarus diasporas, well-known politicians and culture figures. Our movement is called on to promote the idea of Moldova's incorporation into the Russia-Belarus union, Valery Klimenko, who chairs the constituent conference's organizing committee, told RIA-NOVOSTI here today. In his words, this idea is quite popular among the republic's population; among other things, this is highlighted by the latest Moldovan parliamentary elections. It ought to be mentioned in this connection that those elections were won by the Communists, who announced Moldova's admission into the afore-mentioned union to be their political goal.
