Russian Security Council Secretary Vladimir Rushailo leaves for Warsaw on Monday morning to take part in an international conference on security and the fight against terrorism. This anti-terrorist forum of the heads of state and high-ranking officials from Central and Eastern Europe, which will meet in the Polish capital on November 6, will be attended by representatives of fifteen countries, including some presidents of the region's states. The list of the countries-participants in the forum and its programme will be made public on Monday afternoon at a briefing devoted to the conference. On the eve of the forum, on November 5, Vladimir Rushailo is to meet Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski and Chief of the National Security Bureau under the Presidential Office Marek Siwiec.
