An international ballet festival, the first ever in Mongolia, is opening on Wednesday in Ulan Bator. During five days ballet dancers from Russia, Japan, Korea, China and other countries will be performing on the stage of the State Academic Theatre of Classical Arts of Mongolia. At this festival Russia will be represented by ballet dancers from the Russian Republic of Buryatia neighbouring on Mongolia. They will dance the main parts in the Mongolian theatre's ballets - Swan Lake by Pyotr Tchaikovsky and Gizelle by Adolphe Adam. At the end of the ballet festival its jury and spectators will name the best dancer who will also get a special bonus.
