Albanian terrorists have once again started deploying in some Macedonian areas; their ranks are also being swelled by Kosovar extremists. Political analysts in the Macedonian capital link such extremist actions with a recent meeting involving leaders of Albanian political parties and Ali Ahmeti, who commands an unlawful paramilitary unit, the so-called Popular Liberation Army. According to some sources, they have agreed that terrorists should re-occupy their old-time positions, and that they should be ready to mount an offensive, after receiving the appropriate orders. Such an offensive can begin if the Parliament fails to endorse a set of constitutional amendments vesting Macedonia's Albanian diaspora with considerable rights, and if it doesn't pass a bill on pardoning terrorists. The Macedonian mass media is also warning about the danger of new provocations on the part of Albanian extremists.
