A survey conducted by Princeton Survey Research Associates on order of Newsweek magazine, the results of which were published in the US on Monday, show that 51% of American respondents believe Russia is quite good at helping the US with its anti-terrorist effort. 81% of respondents also think highly of Great Britain as an associate in the anti-terrorist campaign; at the same time, many Americans would prefer other countries to be more active in combating terrorism. For instance, 64% of respondents think Saudi Arabia's activity in the sphere is "insufficient"; likewise, 60% claim that the Palestinian leadership could have contributed more. 46% of Americans insist Pakistan "is not much of a help"; 43% say the same about Israel.
