Russia insists on the United Nations elaborating a comprehensive strategy to prevent conflict instigation from without, Igor Ivanov, Minister of Foreign Affairs, said to the 56th UN General Assembly session during all-round political debates. The whole world will gain if the United Nations obtains the latest means to enhance its anti-crisis potential.
