Russian Foreign Minister Calls On Businessmen To Be Included In Combating Terrorism

The business community can make a significant contribution to reducing the finance of international terrorism. This was disclosed by Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov at a meeting of Russian businessmen and the heads of different UN programmes. According to the minister, the collaboration between the private sector and the UN should play an important part in the international anti-terrorist front and should perform an important role in combating international crime. This issue was discussed at the recent New York session of the UN General Assembly and the Russian and US Presidents' meeting in Washington.
