Marek M. Siwiec, chief of the Polish National Security Bureau, has arrived in Moscow for a two-day visit, on the invitation of Russian Security Council Secretary Vladimir Rushailo. The visit was negotiated during President Aleksander Kwasniewski's recent trip to Moscow, and is in line with the Cooperation Protocol between the offices of the Russian Security Council and the Polish National Security Bureau. Rushailo is to hold talks with Siwiec in the Kremlin. The talks will be a further step in the Russian-Polish dialogue on a wide range of security cooperation issues. The two officials will likely focus on cooperation between Poland and Russia in the fight against international terrorism.
