Russian Prime Minister Speaks For More Active Work In Building Russia-Belarus Union State

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov spoke for more active work in building the Russia-Belarus Union State. We should focus on the economic development of the Union and on the rapprochement of economic policies in order to have equal economic conditions, Kasyanov told his Belarussian counterpart Gennady Novitsky. According to the Russian Prime Minister, we have done a lot to develop this aspect but still there are some problems under discussion of the two countries' experts. It is very important to analyse what has been done before the meetings of the Council of Ministers of the Union State and the Supreme State Council, Kasyanov stressed. "It is necessary to examine everything that has been done within a year, to make plans for boosting the rapprochement for next year and to consider the implementation of bilateral agreements," the Russian Prime Minister said.
