Special Envoy Richard Haass, the State Department Director for Policy Planning, Coordinator for Afghanistan, is to discuss the course of the Bonn meeting on a Afghanistan's future political arrangement in Moscow on Friday, State Department spokesman Richard Boucher told journalists. According to Boucher, Haass who attended the Bonn meeting is to discuss cooperation in the establishment of a provisional Afghan government on a wide coalition basis and prospects for international relationship with new Afghan authorities after the establishment of this government. After his trip to Moscow Haass will visit India and Pakistan.
