Ex-Premier Iosiro Mori, the special envoy of the Japanese Prime Minister Juintiro Koizumi, will arrive in Moscow on Thursday, the Japanese Embassy to Russia told RIA Novosti on Wednesday. The distinguished Japanese politician will come to Moscow from Uzbekistan. He visited this country as the Japanese Prime Minister's official representative, the Embassy said. According to the data of the Japanese Embassy, Iosiro Mori is likely to meet the Russian top officials during his short visit to Moscow. This issue is under consideration, the Embassy added. On Friday Iosiro Mori will leave for Japan. The ex-Premier had already been in Moscow on his way to Tashkent. On Monday, January 14, he met Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Alexy II. Iosiro Mori is accompanied by Deputy Muneo Suzuki who is in charge of relations with the Commonwealth of Independent States in the liberal-democratic party. Suzuki visited Tajikistan by himself. The distinguished Japanese politicians and the leaders of these republics discussed the situation in Afghanistan and its economic recovery in connection with the coming International Conference on Afghanistan's economic recovery in Tokyo on January 21-22.
