Draft Agreement With Venezuela On Cooperation In The Area Of Tourism Approved

Russian government approved the draft agreement with the government of Venezuela on cooperation in the area of tourism. According to the information provided on Saturday by the Department of governmental information, the governmental enactment instructed the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade to hold negotiations with Venezuelan authorities and upon arriving at an agreement to sign the above-mentioned agreement on behalf of the Russian government. The draft agreement, in particular, mentioned that the parties would strive to facilitate immigration, customs and other formalities related to tourist exchange between the two countries. The parties would develop both the organized group tourism as well as individual tours, including among others the objective to visit sport events, musical, theatre and folklore festivals as well as exhibitions, symposiums and congresses related to tourism.
