Russian-Ukrainian relations should go over from "purchase and sale" to long-term cooperation, Ukrainian Prime Minister Anatoly Kinakh said at the meeting of Russian-Ukrainian intergovernmental commission on Tuesday, RIA Novosti correspondent reports. According to Kinakh, bilateral relations need the establishment of transnational financial and industrial groups, the boosting of participation in privatisation in both countries and the realization of investment projects, in particular, in third countries. Ukrainian Prime Minister believes that Russia and Ukraine should reduce the volume of primary structure in their economic systems and in bilateral relations. The Russian-Ukrainian dialogue on the level of governments, scientific and business circles is very important not only for mutual understanding but also for taking proper decisions with regard to the complicated economic processes in both countries and in the world community on the whole, Kinakh said. The Ukrainian Prime Minister stressed the successful implementation of joint projects in aircraft-building industry, power engineering, transport, agricultural engineering and space sphere.
