US President George Bush is pursuing "the policy of international terrorism" against another country, Iraqi ambassador to Moscow Abbas Halaf said at a news conference on Monday.
According to the ambassador, the policy resulted in a "gap" between the US and Europe. The ambassador said that the position of France and Germany which oppose the use of force as a solution to the Iraqi problem showed that "the world has not surrendered to the US dictate." Such a position, Abbas Halaf believes, irritates the US administration.
The ambassador stressed that George Bush who had regularly declared his intention to convey the secret information about Iraq's possession of nuclear weapons to the world had better give the information to international inspectors whose goal is to check if Iraq has nuclear weapons at its disposal.
