The Endeavour space ship-shuttle which was launched from the American cosmodrome on Cape Canaveral on Sunday, November 24, docked with the International Space Station (ISS) at 00.58 Moscow time on Tuesday. As officials of the Russian Mission Control Centre said, the shuttle brought to the station the sixth permanent Russian-American expedition, including Russian cosmonaut Nikolai Budarin, as well as additional equipment for the station, in particular, an aluminium form for fastening additional plotting boards of solar batteries on it.
In a week, after the completion of the work on the station, the Endeavour shuttle will undock from it and return to Earth with the fifth permanent expedition of cosmonauts which worked on the ISS since last June.
