A serious expert-level discussion with the United States on Washington's proposed plan for resolving the conflict in Ukraine still lies ahead, presidential aide Yury Ushakov said, RIA Novosti reports.
"We have not yet worked through specific proposals or individual paragraphs. A serious expert conversation still lies ahead,” the Kremlin representative said.
According to the presidential aide, negotiations with Washington on the peace plan will continue for a long time. He noted that Russia has not received any documents from the United States regarding Ukraine since their previous contacts on December 2.
Earlier, Ushakov stated that Moscow may feel dissatisfied with certain points that will appear in the new version of US President Donald Trump's plan for resolving the conflict in Ukraine.
