Rostec has unveiled the export version of the fifth-generation Su-57 fighter equipped with a flat nozzle at Dubai Airshow 2025, held in Dubai from 17 to 21 November, according to the state corporation’s Telegram announcement.
The publication noted that the flat nozzle is designed to further reduce the aircraft’s visibility in both radar and infrared ranges.
“Firstly, the flat nozzle is intended to further reduce the aircraft’s detectability in radar and infrared spectrums. Secondly, it simply looks beautiful,” the statement declared.
