The Russian oil company Tatneft has sent the second group of drilling experts consisting of 20 people to Iraq. The company's press service reported that this group would join specialists who had arrived in Iraq earlier, a month and a half ago, for preparing drilling equipment before putting it into operation.
The combined group of 26 experts will be working in compliance with a contract with Zarubezhneft for the Iraqi North Oil Company. This contract as well as the drilling of 33 oil wells was officially approved by the UN Security Council.
