CIS Cooperation Establishs Cooperation in Social Sphere

The 15th session of the Consultative Council on labour, migration and social protection of population of the CIS member-states has completed its work Wednesday. The session set the ways of further cooperation in the sphere of social protection of population of the Commonwealth.

Chairman of the Consultative Council, minister of labour and social protection of Moldova Valerian Revenko stated that in the course of the two-day session the participants managed to consider and approve draft special programmes to unify different legislative acts of the CIS countries.

Decisions made by the Consultative Council will become the basis for the CIS countries in developing their legislative documents stipulating social protection and legalisation of gastarbeiters in the Commonwealth countries, Revenko said.

Thus, the minister stressed, conditions are being created for every citizen in the CIS countries could feel protected on the territory of these states.
