Admiral Juhani Kaskeala, Commander-in-Chief of Finland's defence forces, will visit Russia from November 4 through 6 on an invitation from General Anatoly Kvashnin, Russia's Chief of General Staff. Accortding to the STT news agency, Mr. Kaskeala will meet with Russia's top army officers and visit No. 27 infantry division.
Admiral Kaskeala will be accompanied by Lieutenant General Kari Rimpi, Commander of the Western District of Finland's armed forces, and Captain Georgy Alafuzoff from the Finnish Academy of National Defence.
