An underserved denial to print the message on license plates was given to Choose Life, Inc., an American pro-life organization.
It hoped to get permission from the Arizona License Plate Commission and print such slogan as "Choose Life". This slogan is a way to raise funds for promoting adoption over abortion while stuck in traffic. The phrase "Choose Life" is usually accompanied with a child art-like drawing of two children.
The court decided that the denial implied violation of the First Amendment rights, that is the freedom of speech and stated that it was undeserved.
