Swedish police on Tuesday questioned five people allegedly linked to a group that has claimed responsibility for a series of attacks against embassies, including the one of Russia.
The group, Global Intifada, claims to be a network of leftist organizations that seeks to overthrow capitalism. It has claimed responsibility for several attacks, including the burning of cars outside the Russian and Danish embassies earlier this year. No one was hurt in those incidents.
The suspect arrested Tuesday could face arson charges, Jakobsson said, but would not give details. The other four were released, the AP reports.
