New law In Belarus stipulates coercive sterilization for hypersexual individuals

The law about coercive sterilization of those people, who lead terribly irresponsible sex lives, will most likely be approved in Belarus. The surprising statement was released by a deputy of the Belarussian National Assembly, Sergei Kostyan, during the discussion of the draft law about state support for children and the strengthening of parental responsibility in this connection.

The Belarussian deputy said that the law about coercive sterilization would most likely be used on rare occasions. However, the regulation will become a strict warning for those people, who prefer promiscuous lifestyle. The deputy added that the sex-restricting law was necessary in Belarus; otherwise the state would not be able to support unhealthy and abandoned children.
