Anna Kournikova gets married, divorced and pregnant

The recent statement about the real wedding of Anna Kournikova and Enrique Iglesias hit the world press out of the blue. Millions of men all over the world probably thought that they would never see Anna's marvelous body again, enjoy her vigorous movements on the court, or discuss her new boyfriends. It seemed that the sexy Russian tennis star and top model would be locked indoors with her hubby, and her life would be hidden from the public view.

The gorgeous athlete, however, wound everybody around her finger again. When Anna appeared at the charitable tennis tournament in Florida, the girl was wearing a wedding ring. When reporters asked Kournikova about her family plans, she answered: "Everything's just fine. We are married."

Newspapers and magazines wrote that 23-year-old Anna Kournikova married 29-year-old Enrique Iglesias on a deserted beach of the Mexican resort Puerto Vallarta. It was also reported that the wedding took place several weeks ago; only closest relatives and friends of the newlyweds attended the ceremony. Reporters even described Anna's wedding dress - a long, white, beautiful gown.

People magazines reported a short while ago that Kournikova and Iglesias were not married at all. Anna and Enrique's assistants and publicists do not say anything about the stars' private lives, as usual.

It was then reported that the celebrities had no marriage certificate, or any other documented confirmation of the fact. People Magazine wrote that the celebrity couple visited Puerto Vallarta in October and never returned there again. As for the wedding ring, it was just a ring that the girl was wearing. Reporters concluded that Kournikova and Iglesias were enjoying the sly game, making public statements about their relations. Tabloids still dwell upon the private life of the Russian tennis star. It is not ruled out that the message about her fake wedding was not true.

Newspapers and magazines have been discussing Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova since 2002, when the pop singer invited Kournikova to star in his Escape video. The two celebs have been wedding since that time. Rumors about their marriage appeared in May of this year too; some newspapers wrote that Kournikova was pregnant. When Anna appeared in public with a diamond ring on her finger, everyone was convinced that there was something serious happening between the two stars. When a friend of the celebrities congratulated the couple on their engagement, Iglesias answered: "Oh, it is not actual anymore. We got married more than a month ago."
