High-ranking officials of the Moscow region government are recommended not to express their emotions through friendly kisses, Moskovsky Komsomolets reports. According to the new regulation, it is highly recommended for Moscow region officials to greet each other with the traditional handshake. It was particularly said that the "kissing ceremony" takes too much time during various officials meetings. This time would be enough to hold several additional meetings during the year.
