Professional beggar deprived of his wheelchair

In the city of Kirov, Vladimir Region, a local pensioner was deprived of his wheelchair. The sufferer is invalid and a professional beggar, “earning” money near to a supermarket.

According to him, he left his transport mean before the supermarket and entered the selling hall just for several minutes, though when he returned, his transport mean had disappeared. He was so upset, that ran to the police.

Near to another shop, the police found the transport mean on which now another professional beggar was “working”. The police detained the thief and returned the wheelchair to the owner.
