Traditional readings, devoted to the birthday of famous Russian traveller Miklukho-Maklai, open in his birthplace in the Okulovsky district (the Novgorod region, Russia's north-west) on Wednesday. Miklukho-Maklai's patrimony was situated there 150 years ago. The readings will open by the monument to the famous traveller.
